Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled 3D architectural designer to help visualize and support our real estate development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to create high-impact visuals and technical drawings that showcase our residential and mixed-use communities, helping secure investor interest and project momentum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality 3D architecture renders and visualizations for pitch decks, investor materials, and project presentations.
  • Efficiently manage AutoCAD drawings and updates, including spatial layouts and conversion overlays.
  • Work with BIM or drafting software to support project coordination.
  • Assist in preparing visual deliverables, diagrams, sectional renderings, and photo-montages.
  • Collaborate with architects, planners, and project managers to ensure design intent is accurately translated.
  • Support image editing and post-processing workflows.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in AEC contexts at architecture, design, or conversion/development firms.
  • A proven portfolio of 3D architectural renderings and visual storytelling.
  • Expert-level AutoCAD skills.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one 3D modeling/rendering software.
  • Familiarity with building codes and spatial planning.
  • Excellent communication, responsiveness, and ability to work across international time zones.
  • Strong organization and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
