We are seeking an experienced Visual Communication Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in visual design, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, and excellent communication skills.
The role involves creating visually appealing artwork on generative AI technology and positioning a message that showcases the benefits of using Generative AI.
Key Responsibilities:- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define the work pipeline.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with the creative lead and the larger marketing team to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and meet brand standards.
- Design and create engaging graphics for deliverables (Flyers, Posters, Slides, Presentations etc.)
- Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for graphic design projects.
- Work with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
- Assist in selecting design elements, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
- Collaborate with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create new designs.

- Maintain and follow best practices for naming conventions and organization of graphic files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
