Design Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage design deliverables and ensure timely execution. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Design in overseeing multi-sector projects, adhering to brand standards, and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and updating design guidelines, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new land proposals and collaborate with consultants and design disciplines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion.
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and version control.
  • Flag deviations and escalate unresolved design issues.

This role plays a crucial part in driving design standardization, enabling faster rollout across our expansion strategy.

Growth Alignment:
  • Reporting to the Head of Design.
  • Partnering closely with Project Management, Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • 8–10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.
  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
