Job Title: SAP ABAP/TM Consultant

Expert Transportation Management Specialist Required

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Management (TM) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming and extensive knowledge of transportation management systems.

  • Develop and enhance SAP TM solutions to meet complex business requirements, utilizing core TM frameworks including BOPF, FPM, FBI, Web Dynpro, and VSR Optimizer BadIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions that integrate with other modules such as Global Trade Service, Event Management, and Extended Warehouse Management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, leveraging expertise in clean core frameworks and methodologies, CDS views, OData, and RAP.

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong hands-on ABAP development skills, including regular coding, module pool programming, RF screen programming, and Web Dynpro.
  • Experience with enhancement technologies like BADIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.
  • Proficiency in interface technologies such as ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, and Webservices.
  • Knowledge of forms technologies, including Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts.
  • Deep understanding of TM master data, order management, planning, tendering, freight settlement, and the use of BRF+.
  • S/4HANA implementation experience and hands-on experience with S/4HANA Embedded TM.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating REST and SOAP APIs into TM.

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as an SAP ABAP TM consultant.
