Job Summary:

The Security & Loss Prevention coordinator plays a pivotal role in safeguarding people and assets at an organization's facility. This position necessitates collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high-quality support for operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Rationalization and review of guard force
  • Profiling of guard force
  • Implementation and follow-up of security plans
  • Review of post-site instructions
  • Daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, and annual reports
Audits/Certifications:
  • Keeping plans and SOPs updated
  • Periodical check of documentation
  • Preparation of documents for internal and external audits
  • FOLLOW up on lights, hydrants, emergency exit door, and all access reader reports
Process Improvement & Loss Prevention Program:
  • Process review and necessary improvements
  • Process improvisation
  • Quarterly assessment
  • Loss prevention report
Scrap Disposal Auditing:
  • Process review and necessary improvements
  • No of vehicle in & out movement
  • Surprise checks and scrap yards and report
Security System:
  • Ensure 95% serviceability of all systems
  • Ensure 100% training of all security guards
  • Controlling of access and review of access level
Loss Prevention Analysis:
  • Working closely with ICQA team and do the analysis of all unreconciled ASINs
  • Quick completion investigation and submission of reports
  • Loss prevention audits and recommendations if any
Security Stores and Assets:
  • Maintenance of updated assets list
  • Maintenance schedule of assets & security gadgets

This role requires a strong background in security, loss prevention, shrinkage, asset protection, investigations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in law enforcement or a related profession and possess extensive knowledge of security equipment and technology.
