As a high-performing application developer, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop software applications for Ather's Charging infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable software applications that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with product managers and cloud teams to plan and implement new features.
  • Collaborate with firmware team to ensure seamless integration of cloud dependencies.
  • Manage release cycles for assigned modules and prioritize development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Golang, C, and Python is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of multi-threaded and multi-processing application development experience.
  • Familiarity with IPCs like dbus and grpc.
  • Experience working with Android platform and ability to customize libraries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software communication protocols such as gRPC / CAN / I2C is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of system fundamentals in Linux/Android.
  • Experience using logic and protocol analyzers is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and product development life cycle experience are must-haves.
  • Agile development methodology experience is essential.
  • Experience with static code analyzers and unit testing framework is necessary.

Desirable Skills:

  • Vehicle dashboard development experience would be beneficial.
  • Experience with navigation solutions using map service providers would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins would be a plus.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • 5-7 Years of experience in Application Development.

  • Great ownership of tasks and duties.
  • Able to make mistakes, push boundaries, and own them.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Knack for benchmarking and optimization.
  • Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
