The Role:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team in a key role where you will play a crucial part in communicating with clients, gathering requirements, and documenting specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Write detailed business specifications that drive results.
  • Develop test plans, conduct testing, and prepare use cases to ensure fit to design.
  • Perform data analysis to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Explain complex functionality to business users and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with Software Engineers using agile methodologies to deliver projects on time.
  • Plan and perform unit and functionality testing to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support customers by resolving business issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in financial services (banking, brokerage, or insurance) with expertise in trade surveillance.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong customer-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong writing skills and SQL knowledge to analyze and interpret large datasets.
  • Experience writing detailed specifications and working with various Database Management Systems.
  • High-level English language proficiency and proven experience in a global environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
