Job Overview

The Zonal Secondary Logistics Head role is a pivotal position responsible for ensuring seamless secondary operations across designated zones. This individual will oversee the management of depo warehouse operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • To guarantee smooth secondary operation processes
  • Manage Depo Warehouse operation efficiently
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective CNF (Container Freight Station) working experience
  • Oversee Secondary transportation costing to optimize expenses
  • Prioritize Customer service last mile delivery excellence
  • Implement Zero-based costing strategies for enhanced cost-effectiveness
  • Adopt Activity-based costing methodologies for accurate resource allocation
  • Ensure comprehensive understanding of audit and Compliance, as well as warehouse management best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA or Graduate degree in any field
  • Strong logistics and supply chain management expertise
  • Proven track record of managing complex warehouse operations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Audit and compliance knowledge, with ability to implement effective procedures
