Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Director to lead our development team.

  • Design, develop and maintain applications using Java, SAP HANA, RDBMS, REST Services, OData Services, SAP UI5/Fiori, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, including integration across multiple systems.
  • Evaluate software architecture and ensure best practices in coding standards and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and code, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and maintainability.
  • Lead integration between backend systems (SAP HANA/Java) and frontend applications (SAP UI5/HTML5/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Manage workload distribution, task assignments and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption where beneficial.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex problem solving and mentor junior developers for their growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:

- Java (Spring / Spring Boot)

- SAP HANA (database design, SQL, stored procedures)

- SAP UI5 / Fiori

- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)

- System integration with SAP or enterprise applications

  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with security standards and performance optimization in enterprise applications.
