  • Conduct thorough due diligence on survey respondent profiles vs project scope, analyzing and escalating inconsistencies to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Perform data quality review based on research objectives, best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop written communications providing updates to clients.
  • Assist with survey facilitation and field management for customized surveys targeting specialized topics and populations.
  • Build reports of accepted and rejected respondents, delivering findings to Project Manager colleagues within project timelines.
  • Establish strong working relationships with colleagues within the Global Survey team and broader GLG teams.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, analyze results, and communicate survey findings to Senior Management, identifying opportunities for higher quality and efficiency.
  • Manage large datasets, collect data, analyze, and break down data into smaller sets.
  • Manage a team of people.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 4+ years of work experience.
  • Successful track record of working in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Candidates with Data Quality Review (Surveys) or Compliance background are beneficial.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, including knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of online surveys, data interpretation, sampling, and Open-end coding is an added advantage.
