About Us
The World Mental Healthcare Association (WMHA) is a global organization dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues and improving the quality of mental health services. We collaborate with international organizations to support mental health activists, improve accreditation standards, and promote access to quality mental health services.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Director in their executive functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication and task prioritization.
• Draft reports, presentations, and business proposals that effectively communicate our organization's goals and objectives.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, documentation, and scheduling to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.
Association & Membership Management:
• Oversee membership approvals and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient database management.
• Engage with members, business associates, and partners to build strong relationships and drive collaboration.
• Support strategic planning and initiative execution by providing administrative assistance and coordinating logistics.
Marketing & Business Development:
• Promote WMHA's activities through targeted marketing and outreach efforts to increase visibility and engagement.
• Manage social media presence, content creation, and promotional campaigns to build brand awareness and attract new supporters.
• Conduct market research for collaborations and sponsorships to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
Event & Vendor Coordination:
• Organize workshops, networking events, and training programs to educate and engage stakeholders on mental health issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and service providers to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize executive functions.
• Experience in executive assistance, administrative tasks, and business development with a focus on supporting high-level executives.
• Proficiency in office software and tools with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
