Senior Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Information Systems and Database Administration, with a strong background in SQL Server Database administration and related services.

  • A master's degree and 1-3 years of experience in Information Systems and Database Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience administering SQL Server Database and related services & monitoring systems
  • Demonstrable experience automating database provisioning, patching and administration
  • Excellent data-driven problem-solving and analytical skills

About the Role:

  • Administer SQL Server Database and related services & monitoring systems
  • Automate database provisioning, patching and administration
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SQL Server Always on Availability Groups
  • Experience working on regulated systems (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector)
  • Good communication skills
  • Change management knowledge
