Airport Operations Leader Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role in airport operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of airport facilities and services.

As an Airport Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with airlines and other stakeholders, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Ensuring the smooth operation of airport facilities and services, including terminal management, airside operations, and ground handling.
  • Staff Management: Managing and coordinating with airline representatives, ground handlers, and other airport stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Security Coordination: Coordinating with security agencies to ensure strict adherence to security protocols, maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of airport operations and reporting any incidents or irregularities to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in airport operations or a related field is highly desirable, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, business administration, or aviation management is required. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of airport operations, including safety procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
