Job Title: Web Development Expert

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned web development expert to join our team. As a key member of our digital infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in designing and deploying high-performance websites that meet the needs of nationwide platforms.

Your primary responsibility will be to build and scale large-scale enterprise-level websites using WordPress. You will leverage your expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to architect custom post types, develop dynamic content structures, and optimize for performance and SEO.

  • You will design and implement scalable WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Utilize modern front-end tools like Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) to create engaging user experiences.
  • Migrate large datasets, manage content uploads, and integrate with various systems.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers to craft responsive, user-focused layouts that drive engagement.
  • Continuously monitor and improve site performance through troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in large-scale WordPress development.
  • Strong foundation in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
