About the Opportunity:

Mouser Electronics is seeking an experienced Quote Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quote Operations department, you will be responsible for providing resale pricing and lead-time for quotes to Mouser customers in a timely manner.

You will work closely with suppliers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient task completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, business marketing, or sales and be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications.

A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is required, and the successful candidate will have the potential for advancement to the next level Quote position. The Quote Operations Specialist will demonstrate excellent analytical and part number identification skills and be trustworthy and maintain confidentiality.

Essential Functions:
  • Providing resale pricing and lead-time for quotes to Mouser customers in a timely manner
  • Communicating requirements and interacting effectively with internal stakeholders to complete daily tasks efficiently
  • Exhibiting excellent time management and organizational skills to complete follow-up on quotes within the required timeframe
