Job Description

The ideal candidate will be an expert in TRIRIGA development with a minimum of 5-13 years of experience in TRIRIGA functionality, particularly in Real Estate (Lease).

  • Experience in Lease Accounting & specific to ASC 842/FASB/IFRS16 compliance is required.
  • Good functional & technical knowledge of income and expense lease administration, AR/AP payment and invoice processing, accounting JE batch processing is essential.
  • Proficiency in IBM TRIRIGA development tools is necessary.
  • Expertise in Support process, ITIL processes such as incident, problem, and change management, and timely reports to higher management is expected.
  • Release management experience and the ability to manage various releases, including break fix, planned monthly, and emergency fixes is required.
  • TRIRIGA Workflows and BIRT Reporting expertise is necessary.
  • Java experience is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of TRIRIGA Builder Tools BO /Form /Workflow /Associations etc is essential.
  • Awareness of TRIRIGA Integration tools DI /IO/DCOSLC is necessary.
  • DevOps, Scrum, Kanban experience is an added advantage.

The selected candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a positive attitude towards continuous learning and improvement.
