Job Title: LLM Customisation & Prompt Engineering Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled LLM Customisation & Prompt Engineering Specialist to join our team. As an expert in Large Language Models, you will be responsible for customising LLMs to align with our business needs. This includes designing, testing, and refining prompts, chains, and workflows to achieve high-quality results from LLMs.

Key Responsibilities: Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar. They will also be proficient in Python and have experience with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). A strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and LLM architectures is essential.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or customisation. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical work into business impact.
