Reputation Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reputation Management Trainee.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reputation management strategies to enhance clients' online presence. This will involve monitoring and managing online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms, as well as responding to and addressing negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients' online reputation.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
  • Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
  • Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
  • Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
  • Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation abilities.
