Job Description

At Fact Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and managing high-value client relationships.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the sales function with a focus on meeting revenue targets and expanding our market share.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to drive institutional sales, particularly in commercial kitchens for luxury hotels and corporates.
  3. Owning the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring technical and commercial excellence.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, procurement teams, and partners to ensure successful collaborations.
  5. Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth and expansion.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Expertise in institutional and tender-based sales, particularly in commercial kitchens for luxury hotels and corporates.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
