We are seeking a skilled WLAN automation quality assurance professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and executing automated tests for WLAN systems, with a focus on Python-based frameworks and wireless networking protocols.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute test automation scripts using Python and frameworks such as Pytest, PyATS, and Robot Framework.
- Design and implement API automation tests using Flask and related technologies.
- Plan, execute, and manage automated WLAN testing for L2/L3 networking and wireless protocols.
- Collaborate with development and firmware teams to identify, log, and track defects, and support root cause analysis.
- Maintain and manage version control systems such as Git for test scripts and automation frameworks.
- Participate in integration, system, and regression testing to ensure high-quality releases.
- Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to provide feedback on software and firmware performance.
- Contribute to the development of test strategies, test plans, and test dashboards to ensure project timelines and quality goals are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Python Developer with hands-on expertise in test automation.
- Proficiency in Pytest, PyATS, Robot Framework, or equivalent test automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Flask framework for API automation and testing.
- Solid understanding of L2/L3 networking and wireless protocols, including Wi-Fi standards.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex automation and network issues.
