The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and maximizing ROI through effective campaign management and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid advertising strategy across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns to continuously improve CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing for ads and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Track and measure campaign success using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and cost-per-conversion goals to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising features, and algorithm changes to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Generate regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns.
- Proven track record of improving CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with SEO and CRO strategies is a plus.
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work independently and communicate insights effectively.
