Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Platform Engineer to join our digital transformation journey in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP SuccessFactors to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and understand their Learning Management System (LMS) needs.
  • Evaluate LMS requirements against SuccessFactors to provide feasible solutions.
  • Lead the evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors release documentation to understand its impact on our business.
  • Test configuration changes, integration changes, and release changes.
  • Support integrations from SuccessFactors LMS to other systems such as Workday, EDB, Edcast LXP.
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues related to the LMS platform not in scope of the Unified Application Management Services team.
  • Lead and participate in projects aimed at developing our LMS platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience working with LMS technology and related technologies like HRIS, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS expertise.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with GxP quality regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with Workday.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with business stakeholders.
