Research Associate

Job Summary:

  1. We are seeking a skilled Research Associate to support our Head Leadership Hiring team in finding exceptional candidates for top-level mandates.
  2. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for industry mapping, tracking, and sourcing manpower for specific job profiles and organizational setups.
  3. You will interact with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, and limitations before shortlisting and representing them.
  4. Your role will also involve creating target lists of companies and executives to match assignment specifications and conducting research on relevant information throughout the search process.
  5. In addition, you will assist in assembling relevant information and supporting the Head Leadership Hiring team.
  6. Conducting research to identify industry trends, key players, and potential talent pools within specific sectors is another crucial aspect of this role.
  7. Evaluating resumes and conducting initial screenings (phone interviews) to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client requirements is also an essential part of your responsibilities.
  8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and market information within our database is a critical task that requires attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Source and vet high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in a related field.
