Job Title

An Investment Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in providing analytical, reporting, and client solutions support to help serve some of the world's largest institutional investors.

The successful candidate will partner with global Business Development and Product Specialist teams to prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing high-quality client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials
  • Drafting and reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and investor information requests
  • Coordinating the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects
  • Supporting senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls
  • Managing and maintaining consultant and sales databases
  • Providing ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft professional client-facing materials
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
