Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Main Duties
  • We plan, control, and optimize production activities to meet business objectives.
  • Resolve any concerns or issues that arise by discussing them with various departments.
  • Review and approve batch manufacturing records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Participate in regular audits with plant teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of validation batches and monitor their status.
  • Coordinate maintenance and calibration activities to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Address market complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Foster the development of team competencies through training and professional growth opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent contamination and errors.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration tasks to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze production yields and reconciliation reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine inspections to detect potential issues.
  • Ensure batch uniformity and integrity by implementing strict quality control measures.
  • Validate manufacturing process compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide ongoing training and schedule interdepartmental training sessions to promote knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee the quality system and ensure it is functioning effectively.
  • Prepare and update batch manufacturing records (BMRs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with technical audit requirements and implement corrective actions as needed.

Update daily records, logbooks, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
