Job Summary

This is a high-level role that drives the strategic direction and execution of a key business initiative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong customer focus and ability to influence without authority.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a bold vision for speed-sensitive purchases, aligning stakeholders and driving key business metrics.
  • Program Management: Manage the key business metrics (speed perception goal, size of business) working across stakeholders, and drive strategic projects to make the program bigger in select metros.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Establish clear reporting working with analytics to support both strategy and execution, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous business environment.
