Information Security Leadership Opportunity

The right candidate will establish and maintain a robust information security vision, strategy, and program to safeguard the organization's information assets and technologies from internal and external threats.

  • Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees to foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of operations, including applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities to minimize impact and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity, and assess their potential impact on the organization's security posture.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on matters related to information security and compliance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of the information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives.
