Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of regulatory consultants and overseeing the development of supervisees. They will manage workflow from consulting staff to analyst teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products.

Key responsibilities include providing ongoing feedback to supervisees, assessing individual staff development progression, and coordinating with supervisors to track training programs. The successful candidate will also facilitate the improvement of training resources and participate in special projects as needed.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (compliance, law, business, accounting, finance, economics). They should have at least 10-11 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of success in regulatory consulting.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional integrity, flexibility, and adaptability. They should be able to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance.

A strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, establish effective working relationships, and maintain high-quality standards is also required.
