Our company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products, services, and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive documentation such as user guides, manuals, API documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, internal process documentation, release notes, and changelogs.
  • Work closely with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to gather technical information.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly content.
  • Edit, standardize, or revise content to meet standards and ensure consistency of tone, structure, and style.
  • Use tools like Markdown, Confluence, Git, Adobe FrameMaker, or MadCap Flare.
  • Maintain version control and ensure documentation is updated regularly.
  • Participate in product testing and review to understand features from a user's perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Experience working with documentation tools and platforms.
