Job Overview

We are a leading multi-physics CAE simulation software provider.

We develop integrated solutions that guide and accelerate the engineering transformation of today's products in various industries.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality software to users by ensuring minimal shipped defects and timely fixes.

You will work with development and product teams to create, document, maintain, and perform manual tests throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring released software meets desired high-quality standards
  • Verifying UX features are implemented correctly
  • Verifying physics features are implemented correctly
  • Carrying out regular full regression testing of the user-interface
  • Maintaining user interface software tests to ensure full coverage of the software as features are updated
  • Soliciting information from development and product teams to add new tests as required by new developments made to the software
  • If issues are found in the software, logging the items in a database and following up with developers to test once fixed
  • Helping determine when issues were introduced into the software

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a GPA of 8.75/10 or higher
  • Minimum of 5 years of proficiency with Software Testing / QA methodology, process, and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience using Linux
