Job Title: Pre Sales Manager

A crucial role in our sales team, the Pre Sales Manager will be responsible for transforming marketed leads into meaningful conversations and scheduling walkthroughs that matter.

We are seeking an exceptional communicator who can listen as well as persuade. Experience in reservations, real estate, or tele-sales is a valuable asset.

The ideal candidate should possess strong presence of mind and decisiveness in qualifying leads and influencing customers to choose coworking solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Being the first friendly, knowledgeable voice that prospects hear
  • Proactively answering all inbound calls and working on enquiries via form submissions from clients with minimum possible time
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services and clearly explaining them to prospects
  • Qualifying leads and assigning them to the sales team for further coordination while ensuring proper lead qualification
  • Adapting quickly to process changes and maintaining smooth workflow
  • Maintaining proper CRM management with complete accuracy and hygiene
  • Suggesting improvements to the marketing strategy
  • Following up diligently and bringing hesitant prospects closer to 'yes'

The successful candidate should be proactive, organized, and always on top of details. A can-do attitude and ability to make every conversation count are essential qualities for this role.
