Job Title:

R&d Head - Power Electronics

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our research and development efforts in power electronics. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in power electronics, electric drives, and automotive systems, as well as strong project team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive technology roadmaps and product innovation
  • Collaborate across functions to deliver high-quality, scalable products
  • Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with business goals and industry trends
  • Lead innovation initiatives to develop new products and improve existing product lines
  • Oversee design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, control algorithms, and integrated systems for EV applications
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field
  • Ph.D. preferred
  • 15 years of progressive experience in R&D within the automotive power electronics domain
  • Proven track record in leading R&D teams and delivering innovative products to market
  • Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design
  • Familiarity with automotive standards and certifications related to EV components
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
