Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization's compliance framework.

Provide guidance on regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives.

Communicate compliance results and recommendations to senior management and the board.

Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting the organization.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related issues and updates.
