Job Title: Full Stack Module Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Module Lead to spearhead our software development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions within budget and timeline constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying scalable software solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to drive productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Software Development: Proficiency in Java, Angular, Hibernate, Springboot, Microservices, and database management systems (SQL or MongoDB).
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with SAFe framework and Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Version One.
  • DevOps: Familiarity with Jenkins, GIT Lab, and SonarQube for code quality.
  • Testing: Knowledge of Jasmine and Karma unit testing tools.
