Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop advanced AI algorithms and models that directly shape our core products and client solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into enterprise use cases such as coaching, diagnostics, interviews, simulations, and market insights.
  • Work directly with founders and product leaders to translate business requirements into transformative AI products.
  • Drive the full AI lifecycle: ideation → design → development → testing → deployment → iteration.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to build a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and projects.
  • Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML Ops stacks.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in AI/ML, EE, or related disciplines.
  • Experience building AI-driven SaaS or enterprise solutions.
  • Understanding of Generative AI, conversational AI, reinforcement learning.
  • Proven track record of leading teams/projects in a fast-paced environment.
