Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Cognigy Solutions: Deliver high-quality Cognigy solutions in accordance with the agreed Delivery Methodology.
  2. Mentor and Build Chatbots: Mentor and build chatbots using Cognigy, including answering questions via the iOSYS ticketing system.
  3. Support Chatbots and Voicebots: Build support for chatbots and voicebots, including answering questions via the iOSYS ticketing system.
  4. Plan and Track Deliverables: Accurately plan and track deliverables, ensuring stakeholders are regularly appraised of status and progress.
  5. Remove Blockers and Escalate Issues: Remove blockers to delivery and escalate issues when appropriate.
  6. Identify Risks and Manage Dependencies: Identify risks and dependencies within process delivery and effectively manage these across internal departments.
  7. Support Customers: Support customers via break-fix of in-live customer chatbots once engaged with business teams.

Person Specification
  1. Education: An IT or business degree.
  2. Experience: 2-6 years of experience in building chatbots and voicebots using conversational AI platforms.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of conversational AI frameworks and technologies, including REST APIs and web services.
  4. Skills: Expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar programming languages, as well as experience and knowledge of project management in a structured environment.
  5. Communication: Ability to liaise with senior-level stakeholders and communicate project progress, issues, risks, and solutions.
  6. Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error.
