Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Training Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive training framework for our SAP Implementation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly in the area of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement. They will be responsible for creating customized training materials, leading workshops, and upskilling key users to ensure seamless adoption and process efficiency across our global delivery hubs.

  • Design and implement a tailored SAP training program for Direct Procurement.
  • Develop and deliver training materials specifically focused on SAP MDG/MDM.
  • Establish and maintain a Key User network to guarantee knowledge transfer and sustainability.
  • Conduct key user workshops and end-user training sessions.
  • Standardize complex processes within SAP to enhance efficiency and ease of use.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to provide ongoing guidance and support for best practices adoption.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience as an SAP Training Lead, Enablement Lead, or Change & Training Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SAP MDG/MDM in Direct Procurement.
  • Proven track record in creating training content, conducting workshops, and training key users.
  • Experience in simplifying business processes and enhancing efficiency within SAP.
  • Ability to build training capability from scratch (greenfield or transformation environments).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
