Senior Backend Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Development Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading global teams and managing technical projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Participate in design reviews, providing leadership for the global team and owning implementation of design and maintenance.
    • Collaborate with different business units, leading a team of engineers on major development projects.
    • Share knowledge with the global teams and mentor junior engineers.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 15+ years of experience, with proven technology architecture skills in delivering high-performance volume distributed applications.
    • Good hands-on application development and delivery using distributed technologies like Unix, Java, J2EE framework, with a good understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and data structures.
    • Knowledge of Java Server Pages, JavaScript, with experience in Unix, shell, and Python Scripting.
    • Solid experience working in agile development methodologies, providing overall project management and technically leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
