Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate finance. They will be responsible for managing all proposals, arranging and managing all credit requirements of corporates, and ensuring compliance with organizational / Bank credit policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Appraising proposals & credit requirements of clients & Presentation to the management for sanctions/approvals
- Responsible for the pre & post sanctioning documentation.
- To prepare the CMA report & various financial reports for the Bank.
- Ensure compliance with organizational / Bank credit policies.
- Responsible for recovery/follow-up from customers for dues.
- Ensuring TAT with respect to obtaining sanctions, clearance from compliance groups.
- Liaison with bankers for optimizing the overall cost of fund, periodic declaration etc.
- To build a strong relationship with loyal/regular customers and banks for achievement of long-term business objectives.
- Assessing creditworthiness of clients and identifying the account sickness in incipient stage to reduce delinquency ratio.
- Develop database of corporate clients, research about clients.
- Market feedback to the branch/reporting heads.
- To adhere to MIS, filling reports, periodically maintaining records of various proposals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis only in corporate domain no retail background
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
