Senior Data Analyst Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our analytics group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines to support our growing data needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms, web analytics using GA4 and GTM, and applied NLP techniques for sentiment analysis.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and development, to drive data-informed decision-making and deliver impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable and reliable data pipelines to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of data analysts, ensuring their professional growth and delivery of high-quality work.
  • Work extensively with cloud platforms to implement and manage data solutions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Implement and monitor web analytics using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to track and analyze user behavior.
  • Apply NLP techniques, including sentiment analysis, to extract insights from unstructured data.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations and insights.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
  • Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve data operations and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data management, analytics, or related roles.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring a small analytics team.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise with cloud platforms (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of web analytics tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Working knowledge of NLP techniques, particularly for sentiment analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred) for data processing and analysis.
