Job Title: Lead Data Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Architect to join our team at Jeavio. As a key member of our Data Integration team, you will play a critical role in connecting our systems with various external vendors and ensuring seamless data flow across our internal products and data.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines between our systems and external vendors using ETL tools and APIs.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across all platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of integrated data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
  • Document data integration processes and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data integration and engineering to continuously improve our systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on data integration.
  • Proficiency in ETL tools.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell, Python is a plus.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • AWS experience.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business process integration.
  • Experience with data modeling and schema design.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in data engineering, cloud platforms, or integration tools are a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
