Job Summary

As a SAP FICO Financial Systems Specialist at Talent Toppers, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing expert guidance on financial management and accounting best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and customize the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP to meet business requirements.
  • Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting functionalities within the FI module.
  • Configure and support Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing within the CO module.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP FICO solutions.
  • Document business processes, suggest improvements, and provide SAP best practices to optimize financial processes.
  • Lead or participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers for technical solutions.
  • Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring users are equipped to handle financial transactions in SAP.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Evaluate financial reports and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in SAP FI and SAP CO.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of SAP FICO processes.
  • Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Month-End/Year-End Closing Processes, and Financial Consolidation.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
