Data Migration Expert - Lead SAP Data Transfer and Integration Projects

As a seasoned data migration professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end data transfer projects for SAP systems. With expertise in SAP data management and hands-on experience using the Syniti tool, you will ensure seamless transition and accuracy of business-critical data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and manage data transfer activities for SAP projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze data transfer requirements and create a comprehensive strategy.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and loading (ETL) activities, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the transfer lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage mapping rules, validation scripts, and error resolution processes.
  • Provide cutover and post-transfer support, guaranteeing a smooth transition to SAP systems.
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards on transfer progress and quality metrics.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in SAP data transfer projects.
  • Expertise with Syniti tool for SAP data transfer.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP modules, particularly ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes, SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
  • Experience in migrating master data, transactional data, and configuration data.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex transfer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with global teams.
