Network Infrastructure Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to lead the management of our customers' environments, providing expert-level support for incident management, service request management, and change management infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of customer network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality services.
  • Communicate status updates to stakeholders, adhering to SLAs and promoting transparency.
  • Track time worked with precision, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform routine network administration tasks, including MACDs related to firewall, routing, switching, IPSEC, VPCs, SD-WAN, Load Balancer, Authentication servers (ISE TACACS+, SAML).
  • Maintain a working knowledge of APIC / ACI, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting of critical network outages, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage incidents impacting network infrastructure or resulting from its failure, applying problem-solving skills.
  • Perform adds, moves, and changes on network infrastructure within expected SLAs, ensuring minimal disruptions.
  • Execute routine and emergency infrastructure maintenance processes as required by customers, prioritizing their needs.
  • Troubleshoot network hardware and circuit issues with carriers and vendors, ordering and coordinating RMA of devices remotely.
  • Contribute to configuration, layout, and performance tuning of managed network and collaboration infrastructure, driving continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain documentation for customer network infrastructure, facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Review customer network infrastructure periodically, documenting improvements and implementing opportunities for growth.
  • Provide support and cross-training to team members on managed solutions, ensuring a resilient support model.
  • Manage service requests, ensuring adherence to SLAs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience with operational administration of network infrastructure.
  • 9+ years working with monitoring platforms; LogicMonitor a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Cisco Infrastructure.
  • 6+ years of experience with operational administration of Palo Alto Infrastructure.
  • 4+ years of experience with operational administration of NetScaler Infrastructure.
  • Experience with GlobalProtect, AnyConnect, FortiClient.
  • Advanced experience with Cisco ISE, BGP/EIGRP/OSPF, FMC + FTD/ASA.
  • Background with enterprise Routing and Switching technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols.
  • Experience with more than two enterprise LAN, SD-WAN and WAN topologies.
  • Strong background with operational administration of Network Management Systems and IPAM.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • High level problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
  • CCIE R&S or Security, PCNSE or equivalent level certification desired.
