Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights, driving exceptional solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate requirements through structured techniques with stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients, analyze business challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Translate business understanding into actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Present data insights to relevant stakeholders, providing visibility into marketing and sales campaign analytics.
  • Ensure adherence to established business processes and governance frameworks.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform decision-making and solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BI and Analytics teams or client-facing projects.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data cleaning, and storytelling through data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools like Power BI and MS Excel.
