Job Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to manage our social media presence.

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing strategies to boost engagement and reach across multiple platforms.

  • Manage social media accounts and create compelling content to engage our audience
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media campaigns
  • Write persuasive copies and captions aligned with our brand voice
  • Plan and manage social media content calendar efficiently
  • Handle client servicing and act as a primary client-facing point of contact
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
  2. Create engaging content that drives user interaction
  3. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future decisions

Required Skills

For this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (spoken) - Essential for regional campaigns
  • Strong client servicing and client-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content planning
  • Expertise in graphic designing (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Good calendar management and project handling abilities
