Job Title

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to fill the role of AI Governance Program Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing a governance program for building, buying, licensing, and using artificial intelligence (AI) in an ethical, responsible, and lawful manner.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing legal advice and guidance on EU AI Act and other laws and regulations pertaining to AI, tracking deliverables, ensuring deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Work closely with our AI team to provide legal expertise and ensure alignment between team members and stakeholders.
  • Support assessments of new AI systems and use cases across various business functions.
  • Raise awareness and profile of our organization's responsible AI practices among internal stakeholders and external partners.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A law degree or equivalent experience in public administration/public affairs/public policy.
  • Excellent working knowledge of EU digital law, specifically the EU AI Act.
  • 3-5 years of prior work experience in the field.
  • Proven program/project management skills.
  • Able to work independently, provide objective and accurate legal advice, and make decisions based on your professional expertise.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to grasp complex issues and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken).
