Job Title: AI Engineering Expert

We are seeking an accomplished Senior AI/ML Engineer to help us craft intelligent, scalable solutions.
  • We require a minimum of 3-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and software development.
  • A degree in computer science or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with Python and software development best practices is required.
  • Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The successful candidate will provide expert advice by communicating complex ideas to non-technical staff and clients.
  • A strong coaching and knowledge-sharing mindset is necessary.
  • Experience in deploying ML models to a large user base is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with MLOps methodology is desired.
  • The ideal candidate will be a technical leader in a team structure.
  • An engineer who understands customer business needs and translates them into end-to-end technical solutions is required.
  • Candidates should have experience in crafting applications that are carefully architected, scalable, and robust through their combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
  • Proficiency in using Python to deploy production-ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud is necessary.
  • The ability to explore state-of-the-art ML research and drive internal evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks is desired.
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time.
  • Will technically guide junior engineers.
  • Deliver technical workshops for clients.
  • Leverage expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
  • Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead.

This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
