Strategic Asset Performance Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Asset Performance Manager to oversee the health and performance of assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in predictive analytics, with expertise in tools such as GE SmartSignal, Prometheus APM, and Aspen Mtell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor asset health, performance, efficiency, and reliability using predictive analytics solutions.
- Monitor plant performance and operational data to drive improvements in performance, efficiency, and reliability using advanced predictive analytics tools.
- Regularly maintain and enhance the quality of predictive models by adjusting reference data, thresholds, model bounds, and remapping tags to minimize false alerts.
- Collaborate closely with the customer reliability team on-site to prevent unplanned downtime and equipment failures.
- Develop predictive analytic models by interpreting plant processes from P&ID, outage reports, and OEM documents.
- Prioritize alarms and conditions based on risks and consequences.
- Monitor historical data, analyze model-generated trends, monitor equipment performance, and predict component health.
