Healthcare Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to support our healthcare initiatives in Delhi.

• Support patients with treatment adherence, follow-up, and emotional counseling.
• Assist patients in applying for government and non-government aid programs.
• Help patients and caregivers with documentation and navigating official processes.
• Track and follow up with patients regularly to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate with hospital social work departments and NGOs to ensure patient needs are addressed.
• Identify and build a local donor network to support patients financially or in-kind.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to regular reporting and documentation.
• Assist in field logistics and coordination with healthcare staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
• Graduates from institutions like TISS, PHFI, or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare-related social work or public health programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient engagement and access to care.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to secure support for patients.
3. Ensure effective communication and coordination between patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
4. Monitor and report on program progress and outcomes.
